New show starting this year, in the vein of TMCA a Military Collectors Show
put on by the Birmingham Military Collectors at the Gardendale Civic Center in Gardendale, AL (5 minutes north of Birmingham, AL).


Free parking! Tables are $45 and admission is $5. This is a Friday afternoon 1pm-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm show.

Comfortable, small inaugural show, about 60 tables, all militaria stuff. Saw one of the big working models of the M2 carbine sell, a reasonable Sks, some 1918 and 1919 dated Stars & Stripes, lots of small neat stuff. Not a lot of public, but it's just starting. Here are a few pictures...

And a beautiful box that goodies were shipped home in. You'd think a guy with a propeller (and a penchant for wasting his money) might have a need for something like this...About like he needs another hole in his head...
