Can someone tell me what the stamps inside the coat says?

It is about this coat. I'm interested but wanna know for sure its pre 1945.

Looks to be standard markings.

Translation from Takehito Jimbo:

Right column : Sho-go (Small size)
Mid column : Showa Ju-hachi nen sei ( Made Showa 18 ) that would be 1943
Left column : Hon-sho kentei (Inspected at main arsenal)

Definitely WW2 Japanese.

Oh, by the way, the bottom stamps are mostly inspection stamps.

i was wandering these photos were taking in Japan right?
i am saying that because i reconized the pine trees in the back typical japanese tree , i live in Amagasaki !
